With reference to the earlier letter dated January 16, 2017 in connection with issue of INR 1,7500,00,000 Senior Secured Notes due 2020 payable in U.S. Dollars with coupon of 8.25% p.a. to be consolidated and form a single series with the Rs. 4,750,000,000 8.25 per cent. Senior Secured Notes due 2020 to be issued on January 18, 2017 (Rupee denominated bonds), Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has now informed BSE that Standard & Poors has assigned BB+ rating to the Rupee denominated bonds.
