Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2015, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend of 40% i.e Rs. 4/- per equity share of the face value of Rs.<BR>10/- each fully paid up. The dividend payout will be on or after November 16, 2015.
