Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 24, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further, the 'trading window' will be closed from January 17, 2015 to January 25, 2015 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the Companys Prohibition of Insider Trading Code.
