Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 26, 2015 to discuss the proposal of merger of Shriram Equipment Finance Company Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company with Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited.<BR><BR>The "Trading Window" will be closed from June 24, 2015 to June 28, 2015 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the Companys Prohibition of Insider Trading Code.
