Siemens Ltd has informed BSE that inter alia, for the purpose of declaration of financial results of the Company, for the 1st Quarter ending December 31, 2016, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from December 17, 2016 until February 10, 2017 (both days inclusive) pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.
