Siemens Ltd has informed BSE that for the purpose of declaring financial results of the Company, for the 2nd Quarter/ Half-year ending March 31, 2015, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from March 17, 2015 until April 25, 2015 pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
