Siemens Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 25, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 6 per Equity Share (300%) of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year ended September 30, 2014. The Dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid on February 06, 2015.
