Siemens Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 25, 2014, inter alia, has taken following decisions:<br/><br/>- Consequent to the retiring Auditors, Messrs. S. R. Batliboi and Associates LLP, intimating to the Company their unwillingness to be re-appointed as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, recommended the appointment of Messrs. S R B C and Co. LLP as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of four years i.e. from FY 2014-15 to FY 2017-18 in place of the retiring Auditors - Messrs. S. R. Batliboi and Associates LLP. Messrs S R B C and Co. LLP and Messrs S. R. Batliboi and Associates LLP belong to the same network of audit firms.
