Siemens Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from February 02, 2017 to February 08, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on February 08, 2017.<BR><BR>The payment of final dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared at the 59th AGM, would commence from February 13, 2017.
