Further in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider trading in the Equity Shares of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 it is hereby inform that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in shares of the Company shall be closed from 30th November 2017 to 16th December 2017 (both days inclusive) for designated Directors and Employees inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September 2017.<BR> <BR>
