Signet Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2016, has<BR>transacted he following business :<BR><BR>1. The board has given consent to allot 2500000 equity shares of Rs. 1/- (Rupees One Only) each at premium of Rs. 60/- (Rupees Sixty) each fully paid-up.<BR><BR>2. Approve the appointment of Mr. J.C. Paliwal as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
