Sigrun Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 10, 2015 for adopting, approving and taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for Quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from August 07, 2015 to August 12, 2015 (both days inclusive) for every person as defined in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
