SIL Investments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is to be held on October 29, 2014, inter alia, to take on record the Un-Audited Quarterly Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in Companys securities shall therefore remain closed from October 17, 2014 to October 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) due to the above, in terms of clause 6(b) (ii) of the "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct" framed by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
