Silktex Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 07, 2015, inter alia, has taken the following decision:<BR><BR>1. Approved the closure of Unpaid Dividend Account 2007-2008 and transfer the balance amount to IEPF Account.<BR><BR>2. Approved the Appointment of Mrs. Rachna Arora as Company Secretary of the Company.
