| Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on March 15, 2014 has taken note of the "Valuation Report from an Independent Chartered Accountant" and recommended the Scheme of Amalgamation of the Company with M/s. Simbhaoli Spirits Limited and the said Scheme is in the best interest of the shareholders, creditors and other stakeholders of both the Companies.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, the meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on March 20, 2014, inter-alia, to consider the recommendations of the Audit Committee and to approve the draft Scheme of Amalgamation along with share entitlement ratio. | |
