Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited annual financial statements for the quarter/three months ended June 30, 2014.<br/> <br/>Further, in terms of the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct of the Company under the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window shall remain closed for Directors and designated officers and employees from dealing in the equity shares of the Company from August 01, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive).
