Simbhaoli Spirits Limited were filed before Hon'ble High Court of judicature at Allahabad for the necessary directions to convene the meetings of the Equity shareholders and Creditors of the respective Companies and/or relevant dispensation, as applicable under the provisions of Section 391-394 of the Companies Act, 1956."
