Simplex Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, have recommended dividend on equity shares of Re. 0.50 per share for the financial year 2015-16. The dividend if approved by the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.<BR><BR>The Board Meeting commenced at 12.30 P.M. and concluded at 8.00 P.M.
