Chatterjee, Whole-time Director of the Company as CEO and Whole - time Director of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Resignation of Mr. B. Sengupta, Independent Director, from the directorship of the Company with effect from November 14, 2015 owing to his ill health and advance age.
