Simplex Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that the trading window for sale, purchase and dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from January 30, 2016 for Designated Persons (and their immediate relatives) under the Code of Conduct of the Company for Trading in Securities by Insiders. The Trading Window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2015.
