The Exchange has sought clarification from the company with respect to news article appearing in The Asian Age on December 11, 2014 titled "Sintex to open Textile plant"<BR>The company replied stating," we would like to clarify as under:<BR>The Company is planned to set up 1 million spindle capacity in three phases over the period of next five years. The 1st phase of 3,19,872 spindles is progressing as planned. The information with respect to this project has already been intimated to the stock exchanges vide our press releases commencing from June 2013 Quarter dt 12th July 2013 till quarter September, 2014 dated 13th October, 2014. The news article is in reference to the project already intimated to the stock exchanges."
