Siti Cable Network Ltd has informed BSE that the QIP Committee of the Board at its meeting held on March 04, 2015 has:-<BR> <BR>1. approved the closing of issue w.e.f. March 04, 2015 i.e. with immediate effect;<BR> <BR>2. determined and approved the issue price of Rs. 35/- per Equity Share (which is at a discount of Rs. 1.41/- per Equity Share on the Floor Price of Rs. 36.41 per Equity Share) including premium of Rs. 34/- per Equity Share;<BR> <BR>3. approved the placement document;<BR> <BR>4. approved the Confirmation of Allocation Note.
