With reference to earlier announcement dated April 04, 2014 regarding Shareholding Pattern as on March 25, 2014, Siti Cable Network Ltd has now informed BSE that 6,85,00,000 Equity Shares allotted upon the conversion of equivalent number of warrants. The Corporate Action (s) for dematerialisation for 4,22,83,951 Equity Shares allotted to Essel Media Ventures Limited and 2,62,16,049 Equity Shares allotted to Essel International Limited on March 25, 2014 is/are in process. Till the execution of Corporate Action, the Company is showing these shares in physical form. However, the Company have inadvertently mention equity shares in the dematerialised form under the Bodies Corporate (OCB) in sub-heading "Foreign" of heading "Promoter and Promoter Group" (i.e. category code A (2)(b) under Column V.<br/><br/>Therefore, the Company have submitted to BSE the Revised Shareholding Pattern of the Company under Clause 35 of the Listing Agreement after effecting above mentioned corrections.
