Siti Cable Network Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, has <BR><BR>1. approved the shifting of registered office of the Company from "135, Continental Building, Dr.Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai - 400 018" to "Madhu Industrial Estate, 4th Floor, P.B. Marg, Worli, Mumbai - 400 013" with immediate effect;<BR><BR>2. approved the Postal Ballot Notice for seeking approval of the shareholders of the Company for changing the name of the Company from "Siti Cable Network Limited" to "Siti Networks Limited"
