Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Monday, 13th November, 2017 to, inter-alia consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter/ Half Year ending 30th September, 2017.<BR> <BR> Further as per the Company's internal 'Code of Conduct for regulating and reporting trading by insiders and for fair disclosure, 2015, the trading window will be closed for the aforesaid purpose with effect from Friday, 3rd November, 2017 and shall remain closed till Wednesday, 15th November, 2017(Both days inclusive).
