SJVN Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider:<BR><BR>1. The Audited Financial Results for the Quarter/ Financial Year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To recommend dividend for the Financial Year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 18, 2015 to May 28, 2015 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with securities of SJVN Limited 2010.
