With reference to the earlier letter dated July 07, 2015 regarding Q1 results on July 28, 2015, SJVN Ltd has now informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was earlier scheduled to be held on July 28, 2015 has now been rescheduled to July 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Accordingly the closure of Trading Window shall be extended further till August 02, 2015.
