SKF India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 19, 2014, approved the Interim Dividend of Rs. 7.50 per equity share (75%) for the Financial Year 2014 to be paid on 52,732,538 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid.
