SKS Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that the 24th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company was scheduled for 10:00 AM on September 27, 2014. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 103 (1) (a) (iii) of the Companies Act, 2013, minimum of 30 members, required to form a quorum, were not personally present. Hence, the Chairman of the meeting after waiting for half an hour, at 10.30 AM declared and adjourned the 24th Annual General Meeting.
