SKS Microfinance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company would be held on April 28, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited financial results for the quarter ended / year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to SKS Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Disclosure Practices, the dealing in shares of the Company shall remain close for all the Board Members, Designated employees and their dependent family members from April 13, 2014 to April 30, 2014 (both days inclusive).
