SKS Microfinance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 22,2015, inter alia, to consider and approve, the unaudited financial results (subjected to Limited Review by the Auditor's) for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>The Company furhter inform that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain close from July 2,2015 till July 24,2015 (both days inclusive).<BR>
