SKS Microfinance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 20, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2014 (subjected to limited review by the Auditors).<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to SKS Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Corporate Disclosure Practices, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain close for all the Board Members, Designated employees and their dependent family members from October 05, 2014 till October 22, 2014 (both days inclusive).
