SKS Microfinance Ltd has informed BSE that the Company, on July 25, 2014, has allotted 16,650 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees who have exercised options under various SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plans. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
