This is to inform you that the Board Meeting of the Company was held today i.e. Saturday, 29th April, 2017 at Corporate Office of the company at 1101, Universal Majestic, Ghatkopar Mankhurd Link Road, Chembur (W), Mumbai- 400043 at 05:00 P.M. The Board Considered and Approved the following: 1) Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Audited Financial Results for Year ended 31st March, 2017. 2) Allotment of further 210,000 Equity Shares on account of conversion of warrants into Equity Shares out of 630,000 Convertible Warrants to Mr. Shailesh S. Shah- Promoter as recommended by the Share Transfer and Allotment Committee Meeting held on Friday, 28th April, 2017. Please acknowledge and take on record the same.
