Sky Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30,<BR>2015, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. The Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and audited accounts and related financials for year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Fix the date of Book Closure.<BR><BR>3. Date of Annual general Meeting.<BR><BR>4. Appointment of Internal Auditor & Secretarial Auditor.<BR><BR>5. Adoption of Share Dealing Code for Prevention and Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by the designated employees shall remain closed from May 25, 2015 to June 01, 2015 on account of disclosure of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.
