The Share Transfer and Allotment Committee of the company allotted 6,30,000 Convertible Warrants into Equity Shares on 25th January 2017 to Mr. Shailesh S. Shah- Promoter at the Face Value of Rs. 10/- each. Out of 6,30,000 Convertible Warrants, 2,00,000 warrants has been converted into Equity Shares. Now, the Board at the forthcoming Board Meeting dated 29th April, 2017 proposed to allot further 2,10,000 Equity Shares on account of aforesaid conversion of Warrants into Equity Shares to Mr. Shailesh Shah- Promoter.
