| Sky Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017 inter alia, to consider :<BR><BR>1. Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016;<BR><BR>2. The Revision of sitting fees and other professional payments to Independent Director;<BR><BR>3. The Preferential Allotment of 630,000 Convertible warrants into Equity shares of the Company of face value Rs. Rs. 23/- on preferential basis to promoter; out of 6,30,000 convertible warrants, 200,000 Convertible warrants to be converted to equity shares;<BR><BR>4. Application for Listing of 200,000 Equity Shares of the Company of Face Value of Rs. 23/- to Promoter after allotment and carryout necessary Corporate Action.<BR><BR>5. Appointment of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.<BR><BR>Further Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the provisions of the Code of Fair Disclosure of the Company, the trading window of the company will be closed from February 07, 2017 to February 14, 2017. | |
