Smartlink Network Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2014, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In compliance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading devised as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, amended till date we would also like to inform that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company's Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from October 01, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public.
