Smartlink Network Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In compliance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading devised as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, amended till date the Company would also like to inform that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for the Company's Directors / Officers and designated employees from January 01, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public.
