Smilax Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further intimated that, the Trading Window would remain closed from November 09, 2015 to November 16, 2015, both days inclusive, for the following categories (including dependents)<BR><BR>- Directors<BR>- Designated Employees<BR>- Auditors<BR><BR>as per code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading Regulations, framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
