Smilax Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>It is further intimated that Trading Window would remain closed from August 07, 2014 to August 15, 2014, both days inclusive, for the following categories (including dependents)<br/><br/>- Directors<br/><br/>- Designated Employees<br/><br/>- Auditors<br/><br/>As per the code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading Regulations, framed and adopted in accordance with SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
