SML Isuzu Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 08, 2014, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from July 29, 2014 to August 09, 2014 (both days inclusive).
