To note change in Directorship of Mr. J. H. Ranade i.e. Resignation from Filtra catalysts and Chemicals Ltd. and appointment in Umala Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.<BR><BR>2. To confirm circular resolution passed in connection with filing of form with ROC for notifying resignation of Mr. Sunil Karandikar Company Secretary.<BR><BR>3. To approve and adopt new Listing Agreement to be entered into with Pune, Ahmedabad & Hyderabad.
