With reference to the earlier letter dated August 09, 2014 intimating that the Cut-off date for determining eligibility for e-voting was mentioned as August 29, 2014, Smruthi Organics Ltd has now informed BSE that, due to continuous holidays for 3 days on account of Ganapati Festival and Sunday the cut-off for E-Voting changed on "August 22, 2014" instead of "August 29, 2014".
