SMS Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Raghavendra Rao Potluri who is a shareholder in the Promoter and Promoter Group of the Company has recently expired due to old age. He was holding 57,619 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each in the Promoter Group of the Company. As per the nomination details available with the Depository Participant, the shares were transmitted on November 20, 2015 in the name of Mr. Vamsi Krishna Potluri due to the death of Mr. Raghavendra Rao Potluri, who is also a shareholder in the Promoter and Promoter Group of the Company. Hence, there is no overall change in the percentage of shares held by the Promoter Group shareholders in the Company.
