| SNS Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 12, 2014 to September 22, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 22, 2014.<br/><br/>The Company has provided its Shareholders the facility to cast their vote by Electronic means on all the resolution set forth in the notice of 22nd Annual General Meeting. The details are given under:<br/><br/>1. Date and Time of commencement of voting through electronic means : September 15, 2014 at 10.00 A.M. IST<br/>2. Date and Time of end of voting through electronic means : September 17, 2014 at 6.00 P.M. IST<br/>3. Voting through Electronic means shall not be allowed beyond : September 17, 2014 after 6.00 P.M. IST<br/>4. Cut-off date for determining rights of entitlement of Evoting : August 08, 2014. | |
