| Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been fixed for February 05, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for the Company's Directors and other designated persons from January 29, 2016 to February 07, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. | |
