Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2016, has recommended the dividend at the rate of 50% on 19,87,41,832 nos. of Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each.<BR><BR>The dividend on Equity Shares, if declared, at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 05, 2016, will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company between August 12, 2016 to August 17, 2016.
