Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2016 and to recommend the dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for the Company's Directors and other designated persons from May 06, 2016 to May 15, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Audited Financial Results for the ended March 31, 2016
