Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 14, 2015, has approved the following changes in the composition of Companys Board and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company:<BR><BR>1. Mr. Sunjay Kapur, who was holding the position of Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, has demitted the position of Managing Director, but will continue to hold the position of the Chairman of the Company, without remuneration effective from September 15, 2015. Consequent upon Mr. Sunjay Kapur demitting the position of Managing Director of the Company, he will also cease to be the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Kiran Manohar Deshmukh has been appointed as the Executive Vice- Chaimian of the Company with effect from September 15, 2015.<BR><BR>3. Mr. Govindrajan Sunder Rajan, Cliief Executive Officer of the Company has been designated as the Whole-time Key Managerial Personnel effective from September 15, 2015.
